Congratulations! You have been admitted to KEDGE Business School! We are happy to welcome you as one of our new students.
Registration procedure
Once your application form is complete, the registration Office will send you an email from registration.incoming@kedgebs.com , which will enable you to log into KEDGE intranet: Campus Virtuel and create a private account.
It will be useful throughout your studies (make your course choice, access to your planning, your grades and transcript of records, School information…)
Once you are logged into your Campus Virtuel, fill in the required fields according to the Integration Procedure Document enclosed in the email and:
- If you are an international student from outside the European Union, Switzerland and Quebec, upload:
- Your visa
- A passport size picture
- Your health insurance certificate (upon your arrival, more information during the integration week)
- A copy of your civil liability insurance: this insurance covers damage you might cause to another person’s property in France for the duration of your stay.
- If you are from Europe, Switzerland or Québec, upload:
- A passport size picture
- The dedicated health coverage document (see explanation in the Document Integration Procedure Document you received by email)

Course selection procedure
Once you have finished your registration procedure you will be able to make your course enrolement. No course selection can be made without previous log in into your campus virtuel. Please carefully read the lines below as the course enrolment procedure depend on the programme for which you have been nominated.

KEDGE BACHELOR AND EBP STUDENTS
For the most part the course enrolment will be done automatically as you will follow a common track of courses. Should it be necessary a complementary email may be sent to your e-mail to complete your course registration.

Select Menu (top-left corner) then Net Syllabus. Select the following information :
- Academic year and semester of your exchange (in case the course syllabus in not yet available, select previous academic year).
- School: KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL
- Training : KEDGE BACHELOR / EBP International
- Level :
- Simple exchange students : KB 2
- Double degree students: KB 2 / KB 3 / EBP 5
MASTER IN MANAGEMENT STUDENTS
The course selection is made through your Campus Virtuel Account and it works on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. You will receive an email with the dates of opening and closing of the course selection. Please pay close attention to the opening and closing dates.

Select Menu (top-left corner) then Net Syllabus. Select the following information:
- Academic year and semester of your exchange (in case the course syllabus in not yet available, select previous academic year)
- School: KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL
- Training : ESC Programme Grande Ecole
- Level : ESC Master 1 or ESC Master 2 (according to the level to which you are registered)
The details on the course selection and courses available will be via email. All details on the course selection will be sent to you via email in the due time. The maximum number of credits for business courses is 30 ECTS. Additionally, we allow students to register for the French language course if interested. Please refer to the course list and the course selection instructions for further details.
