  • By wire transfer, credit card and other means through the following platform https://kedge.flywire.com, by using the deposit payment option by wire transfer.

Exception:  For the PGE program via « Banque d’épreuves » 800 euros will be paid directly to the Ecricome bank

Conditions for deposit refunds

At the time of each year enrolling process, the Student has the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days of its signature.

To exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the Student shall notify his/her decision to withdraw by means of an express, unambiguous statement (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail, with acknowledgement of receipt) sent to the following address:

To do this, the Student may, but is not obliged to, use the withdrawal form attached hereto.

In the event of the Student exercising his/her right to withdraw from the present contract within the legal withdrawal period (fourteen (14) days from the date of signing the contract), KEDGE BS shall reimburse all sums paid (except the application/enrolment fees, which are non-refundable) as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which KEDGE BS was informed by the Student of the exercise of his/her right to withdraw.

In order to take into account early enrolments, KEDGE BS will accept to reimburse the deposit after the expiry of the legal withdrawal period, provided that the request for withdrawal is formally received 60 days before the start of your course.

How can I pay my tuition fees?  

The following payment methods are:   

  • Bank transfer in 1 instalment:  September 30th by Flywire
  • Bank transfer in 2 instalments: September 30th and November 30th by Flywire
  • Bank transfer in 6 instalments: from September 30th to February 28th by Flywire
  • Credit card in 1 instalment: September 30th by Flywire

You may benefit from a discount

If the price for the entire duration of the Programme is paid in full in a single instalment before 10 September of the first year of the Programme(if you have not yet received the invoice, you can refer to the contract for the amount to be paid -> page 14) , a discount of 1% multiplied by the number of years of the Programme will be granted on the total price of the multiannual Programme; any discounts shall be deducted.

If payment is made in cash by school year before 10th September of each year of the Programme, a discount of 1% will be granted on the price for the year; any discounts will be deducted.

These examples could be helpful

Example 1 :  1 year of study in a MSc program
(Your tuition fees excluding discount/scholarships x 0.99) – deposit paid = amount to be paid 

Example 2 :  2 years of study in a MSc program
(Your tuition fees excluding discount/scholarships x 0.98) – deposit paid = amount to be paid in one single payment

Exemple 3 : 4 years of study in a IBBA program
(Your tuition fees excluding discount/scholarships x 0.96) – deposit paid = amount to be paid in one single payment

* Available only if you have a European Economic Area bank account
NB : You'll receive regular emails from our accounting team during the school year, and you'll be able to pay via a personalized, secure payment link with our service provider Flywire (bank transfers for Europeans and CB/Transfers for internationals).

Special note regarding fraud  

Holiday periods are particularly conducive to fraud attempts, especially for higher education institutions which manage enrolments and re-enrolments over summer.  

We ask you to be extra vigilant upon receipt of: 

  • a possible request for a change in the school's bank details over summer 
  • any request by e-mail in relation to the payment of school fees which you feel is abnormal
